How Long Are Your Storage Rentals?
Our rentals are on a month-to-month basis, you may cancel at anytime. Monthly bill is due every month on anniversary date of initial lease signing.
What Fees are Required for the First Month?
The initial lease requires that you pay for the first months rent, along with a $30 administration fee. This fee does include the purchase of a disc lock to keep your contents secure!
What Are Your Gate Hours?
Our Gate Hours are everyday, holidays and weekends included, from 6:00am to 9:00pm. You must be off facility grounds by 9:00pm. Of course emergencies happen, call the after hours number for help!
Do You Offer Any Discounts?
Check back monthly for any discounts or promotions we may be offering. We do however proudly offer discounts at all times to any active duty or retired military personnel or first responders! Clink the link below to learn more.
