At AAA American Storage, we have always believed in being as transparent as possible with our tenants, and today, we want to share some important updates with you.

Like many businesses, we continue to experience rising operational costs. Over the past five years, our property taxes has been our biggest obstacle and have increased by $39,548.44 ($9773.53 last year alone), bringing the current total to $80,515.08 last year in property taxes. Our business insurance has also seen an increase of over $10,000 in that same timeframe, now exceeding $20,000 per year. These rising costs, combined with the need for essential property improvements, have made it necessary for us to adjust our rates.

We are currently undertaking a large-scale maintenance overhaul, including building and roof painting and repairs, enhanced security, new fencing, upgraded lighting, and more. These improvements allow us to stay current with the times while continuing to provide you with the secure and reliable storage experience you deserve.

Unlike many corporate storage facilities that implement frequent rate hikes every few months, we have always made it a priority to keep increases to a minimum—typically no more than once per year and only when absolutely necessary. While new tenants have already seen higher rates due to these increased expenses, we have worked hard to keep our long-term tenants at the most competitive rates possible. However, beginning April 2025, a small rate adjustment will take effect for current tenants. We understand that any increase is an inconvenience, and we truly appreciate your understanding as we continue to balance affordability with maintaining a high standard of service.
