Move-In Help
Welcome to AAA American Storage. Here is everything you need for an easy move-in.
Your Move-In in 6 Steps
- Pick your unitSee what is open on our Available Units page, or call and we will confirm it while you are on the phone.
- Sign your rental agreementOnce our team has confirmed your unit, fill out your contract on our Online Rentals page or at the office. Every rental is reviewed and approved by our team.
- Know what you payMove-in is normally your first month’s rent plus a one-time $30 admin fee, which includes your disc lock. Specials and Military & First Responder discounts can lower that. No deposit. Month to month, no minimum term.
- Get your gate codeYour personal code is on your move-in information. The gate is open 6am to 9pm daily, holidays included. Be off the property by 9pm or you will be locked in.
- Move inFree moving carts are in the two-story building. Keep to 10 mph on site. Free-standing shelves are welcome, but please do not drill into or mount anything on the walls, ceiling or door.
- Set up autopayRent is due on the same date each month as your lease. You get a five-day grace period. From day six, a $15 late fee applies and gate access is paused. Autopay keeps it simple.
Protect Your Things
Insurance is optional. Under Florida law, the facility is not responsible for stored items. Check whether your home or renter’s policy covers off-site storage, or add Tenant One coverage month to month.
Please Do Not Store
- Food of any kind, perishables or water
- Drugs or anything illegal
- Flammable or combustible items: gas cans, propane, scuba or welding tanks, car batteries
- Vehicles that are not in working order
