We do not advertise a low first month and quietly double it in month three. Promotions are stated plainly, with their terms.
First month rent plus a one-time $30 administration fee, which covers your disc lock. No deposit and insurance is optional.
If a smaller unit fits what you are storing, we will say so. A tenant who stays ten years is worth more than two months of extra rent.
