We offer carts, dolly, and other moving tools to help make your storage experience easier. We also have a cargo lift two lift to carry your items to the second floor to eliminate heavy lifting up the stairs!
Storage units give a wide variety of options for things you can store, almost anything truly, except for anything that is dangerous or illegal of course. If you are unsure of an item, ask a manager for guidance.
Things unable to be stored in Climate Controlled Units are the following but not limited to:
-Food of any kind
-Drugs
-Water
-Perishable Items
-Flammable or Combustible Items (ex. Gas Cans, Propane Tanks, Scuba tanks, Welding Tanks, Car Batteries.)
Climate controlled units have a wide variety of use. From Moving, Renovations, Declutter, Life Changes, Apartment Living, Business Storage.
The Gate Hours to access your unit are daily, from 6:00am to 9:00pm. You must exit the facility by 9:00pm. Holidays included. *Emergencies Excluded
Our rentals are on a month to month basis. Meaning, you pay for what you need and nothing more. No long term commitments or hidden fees. *We do not pro-rate rent upon move out.*
Mostly if not all of our climate controlled units offer a 10ft ceiling. *The 2-Story Building requires a 1-1/2ft gap beneath the fire sprinkler system.
By Florida law, our facility is not responsible for the items stored. We do offer an insurance option that may be purchased via at the facility or online at anytime. We also recommend to check with your homeowners or renters insurance to check for coverage as well.
You may store business inventory or other related goods in your unit. However, you may not use your unit as a workshop or mechanics shop.
