Standard non-climate controlled storage units are traditional storage spaces typically found in most facilities. They offer basic storage solutions for items not sensitive to environmental fluctuations. Units are easy to access and there are flexible unit sizes.
We offer sizes from a 5×5 to a 10×40. Offering a range of storage unit sizes gives new tenants customized solutions, cost-effective options, flexibility, efficient space utilization, and enhanced satisfaction to improve the overall storage experience.
Drive-up access allows for easy loading and unloading directly from a vehicle to the storage unit, eliminating the need to carry items across a facility. This convenience is especially useful for bulky or heavy items.
With outdoor drive-up access, individuals can quickly access their stored belongings without navigating through indoor hallways or using elevators, saving time during each visit to the storage unit.
Storage units give a wide variety of options for things you can store, almost anything truly, except for anything that is dangerous or illegal of course. If you are unsure of an item, ask a manager for guidance.
Things unable to be stored in Standard Units are the following but not limited to:
-Food of any kind
-Drugs
-Water
-Perishable Items
-Vehicles Not in Working Order
-Flammable or Combustible Items (ex. Gas Cans, Propane Tanks, Scuba tanks, Welding Tanks, Car Batteries.)
Standard units have a wide variety of use. From Moving, Renovations, Declutter, Life Changes, Apartment Living, Business Storage, & Even Vehicle Storage to name a few.
The Gate Hours to access your unit are daily, from 6:00am to 9:00pm. You must exit the facility by 9:00pm. Holidays included. *Emergencies Excluded
Our rentals are on a month to month basis. Meaning, you pay for what you need and nothing more. No long term commitments or hidden fees. *We do not pro-rate rent upon move out.*
Our units vary in height depending upon which building your storage unit is in. Our ceiling heights range from 8-12ft.
By Florida law, our facility is not responsible for the items stored. We do offer an insurance option that may be purchased via at the facility or online at anytime. We also recommend to check with your homeowners or renters insurance to check for coverage as well.
You may store business inventory or other related goods in your unit. However, you may not use your unit as a workshop or mechanics shop.
