Project Guardian Loyalty Program

No Admin Fees

Members will not be required to pay any admin fees upon lease signing

Long-Term Discounts

Members will have the option for long-term lease promotions.

-3 Months Paid in Advance= 1 Free Month

-6 Months Paid in Advance= 2 Free Months

Wait List Priority

Members will take priority on the wait list to be notified when a unit is available

Referall Program

Any member who refers a tenant to us, will receive a $30 credit to their account, or $30 referral check.

Holiday Promotions

Members will have the opportunity to lease a unit free of charge for the first month on federal military driven holidays (Memorial Day, Veterans Day, Law Enforcement Appreciation etc.)

Discounted Supplies

Members will pay what the facility pays for moving supplies. Place a custom order and receive your shipment in 1-2 days.

No Fees

Members will never pay for after hour service fees (In relation to being locked in or emergency), and will never pay a lock cut disposal fee.

Parking Discounts

Members will receive 10% off of parking space rentals.

Exempt Fees

Members will be exempt in the event a small rental rate increase is needed to sustain business for the next year. (Limit to 2 Increases during life of lease).

Terms Apply Tenant must bring Valid ID, and/or Military ID if possible, to enroll in program. Tenant enrolling in program must be the recipient of the discount (ie. No family members or spouses apply for discount). No admin fees, implies that the tenant shall not pay any admin fees upon initial lease signing. Waiting list priority, implies that the tenant will be moved up in priority on our wait list when a unit becomes available (behind the next project guardian member in line). Long Term Rental Discounts, implies that a tenant may pay in increments of 3+ Months, and for every 3 months paid in advance, they will receive a month’s rent free applied to their account. Referral Program, implies that any member who refers another new tenant to our facility and signs a lease, the member will receive a $30 referral in the form of a check or discount coupon on their account. Holiday promotions, implies that on holidays dedicated to military and first responders (ie. Veterans day, memorial day, national law enforcement day, etc.), the member may sign a new lease for an additional unit at no charge for the first month. Discounted moving supplies, implies that the member, will only pay what the facility pays for moving supplies, taxes, fees, or shipping not included. No service fees, implies that the member will not pay any service fees or after hour fees (ie. Gate assistance, lock cut fees, etc.), if a facility staff member is able to assist them. 10% off parking implies, that if a parking space is available, the member is eligible for a 10% off discount. Exempt from rental increases, implies that the member is exempt from 2 rental rate increases during their entire length of lease.
