We offer a wide variety of storage unit sizes.
Non Climate Controlled (Standard) sizes range from 5×5 to 10×40.
Climate Controlled sizes range from 5×5 to 10×45
Our storage rentals, are on a monthly basis, with no minimum month requirement. Pay as you go and cancel anytime. It’s that simple!
Billing is on a monthly schedule, and falls on the anniversary date from date of initial lease signing. (ie. You signed up for your unit on the 3rd of the month, your bill will be due on the 3rd of every month).

There are numerous ways to conveniently pay your bill. Choose whatever options works best for you. In person, online, autopay, mail, over the phone.
At the moment, all reservations must be done over the phone in order to confirm availability. You can also join our wait list at anytime that is convenient for you and be notified as soon as a unit becomes available for rent.
We do not keep moving or packing supplies on hand, HOWEVER, you can custom order with our supplier at anytime with us, and receive your items within 1-2 business days with no high priced mark ups. *We charge $10 processing fee to place an order, you pay what we pay for supplies. You must also cover any shipping, handling, or freight charges associated with the sale.*
Insurance is not a requirement to rent, however, By Florida law, our facility is not responsible for the items stored. We do offer an insurance option that may be purchased via at the facility or online at anytime. We also recommend to check with your homeowners or renters insurance to check for coverage as well.
Yes we do!
No stress! You can transfer unit sizes at any time (Upon availability) at no charge. Whatever balance you have with you, will be applied to your new unit.
In the event you loose your gate code, there are two options:
- Review your move in information to search for your code.
- Contact or stop by the office during normal business hours, and provide the appropriate information to acquire your code. *Must be the primary tenant on account, office staff can use whatever means necessary to provide or deny information requested.*
Facility Questions
The Gate Hours to access your unit are daily, from 6:00am to 9:00pm. You must exit the facility by 9:00pm. Holidays included. *Emergencies Excluded*
Our on-site manger who lives on the property, oversees the facility daily and nightly. We have over 60+ security cameras, monitoring the facility at any given time. Our facility is also fenced, with facility lighting at night. We also have a keypad and gates entrance and exit with real time logging of who enters and exits the facility. These are just to name a few…
Storage units give a wide variety of options for things you can store, almost anything truly, except for anything that is dangerous or illegal of course. If you are unsure of an item, ask a manager for guidance.
Things unable to be stored in Units are the following but not limited to:
-Food of any kind
-Drugs
-Water
-Perishable Items
-Vehicles Not in Working Order
-Flammable or Combustible Items (ex. Gas Cans, Propane Tanks, Scuba tanks, Welding Tanks, Car Batteries.)
Only emergencies will be a granted reason as to why a tenant needs to access their unit after hours. *Emergencies must be within reason, some examples may include but are not limited too (ie. death in family, storm preparations, work related matter).
We do not offer any kind of rental moving trucks at this time, there are however some great options close by.
We do offer moving carts to our tenants free of charge, that are located in the 2-Story Building. *Other Tenants are free to use as well as long as they coordinate with office staff.
