Participation in the SFF Rewards Program is a privilege, not a guarantee. Enrollment and continued membership are determined at the sole discretion of AAA American Storage and may be revoked at any time. Program benefits, terms, and availability may change without notice. Half-priced admin fees apply to half the cost of the standard administrative fee charged at the time of rental for non-enrolled tenants. Members receive one complimentary lock cut per year, and a 20% discount on moving and packing supplies based on our regular retail prices. For every three consecutive months of on-time payments, members earn one Late Fee Forgiveness Pass, with a maximum of two passes per year. Priority access to specials provides members with early notice of upcoming promotions; however, no holds or guarantees on availability apply. Members who maintain twelve consecutive months of on-time payments automatically earn entry into the end-of-year giveaway, where three prizes are awarded at random with no substitutions. The half-priced after-hours assistance fee is based on the standard rate at that time, limited to one use per year, and is not guaranteed—abuse of this benefit may result in removal from the program. Participation in the SFF Round Table is completely optional and offers members an opportunity to share feedback and help shape the future of the facility.
