Pay Your Bill
Five ways to pay: online, autopay, in person, by mail or the after-hours drop slot, and over the phone. Autopay is the one we recommend.
Tenant Portal
Log in to view your account, make a payment, update your details and enrol in autopay.
Tenant One Insurance
Optional coverage for your stored goods, with a $0 deductible and replacement cost value. Not required, but worth understanding.
Facility Rules & Regulations
Gate hours, billing dates, late fees, lock policy and site conduct, all in one place and in plain English.

Gate Hours
Daily 6:00am to 9:00pm, holidays included. Be out by 9pm.
When Rent Is Due
Your lease anniversary date, every month.
Grace Period
Five days. From day six, a $15 late fee and access is suspended.
Changing Size
Transfer any time, free, subject to availability. Your balance moves with you.
