Pay Your Storage Bill
Five ways to pay. Pick whichever suits you, though if you would rather never think about it again, set up autopay.
Autopay, The Best Option
Enrol once and your rent comes out automatically on your anniversary date every month. No late fees, no reminders, no suspended gate access because life got busy.
However You Prefer to Pay
1. Online
Pay a single bill through our payment link. Nothing to log into. Open it, pay, done.
2. Autopay
The one we recommend. Set it up once and your bill is handled automatically each month.
3. In Person
Stop by the office any time during normal hours and pay at the counter.

4. Mail or Drop Slot
Post a check made payable to AAA American Storage, or use the drop slot in the front office door to leave a payment after hours.

5. Over the Phone
Call during office hours and we will take payment. We are often busy on site, so if we do not pick up straight away please leave a message and we will call you back.

How Billing Works
Your bill falls on the anniversary of your lease date, every month. If you signed on the 3rd, you are billed on the 3rd. Your monthly email invoice includes a payment link, so you can settle it straight from your inbox.
Rent is not prorated if you move out mid-month.
Late fees
- Days 1–5: a grace period. No penalty, no access restriction.
- Day 6 onward: a $15 late fee applies and gate access is denied until the account is paid in full.
Struggling with a payment?
Call us before the due date rather than after. We are a family business, not a national chain with a policy manual. If you talk to us early we will do what we reasonably can.
Moving out?
Let the office know so we can close the account cleanly and get your lock situation sorted. Remember rent is not prorated for a partial month.
