But we can decide who we go out of our way for. Project Guardian is our answer: a standing program, active every single day of the year, for active duty and veteran military, law enforcement, firefighters, paramedics, and EMTs.
Not a banner we hang in November and take down in December. Not a coupon code with fine print that swallows it. A real set of benefits, in place year round, because the people it is for do not serve seasonally either.
The Project Guardian Pledge
If you serve or have served, you will never pay an administration fee here. You will never be charged to get into your unit after hours. You will never pay us to cut a lock. And you will never have to ask twice or produce a stack of paperwork to be treated properly.
You bring your ID. We handle the rest. That is the whole program.
Eight Benefits, Every Day of the Year
Plenty of places advertise a military discount that turns out to be 5% off the first month. Here is ours in full, with nothing held back.
No Administration Fee
The $30 fee at lease signing is waived outright, and you still get your disc lock included.
A Free Month
Prepay six months and the seventh is on us. No strings and no minimum unit size.
50% Off a Month
Prefer a shorter commitment? Prepay three months and one of them is half price.
10% Off Parking
On every RV, boat, trailer and vehicle parking space, for as long as you rent it.
Free Month on Service Holidays
Move in on Memorial Day, Veterans Day, Law Enforcement Appreciation Day or another federal military holiday and your first month is free.
No After-Hours Fee
The $20 after-hours service fee is waived. Shift work does not fit office hours, and we know it.
No Lock Cut or Reservation Fees
Lost a key? No charge. Want a unit held? No charge for that either.
Moving Supplies at Our Cost
Order boxes and materials through our supplier and pay exactly what we pay. We take nothing on top.

Bring Your ID
A valid ID, plus your military or service ID if you have one. That is all we need.
Enrolling Takes About Two Minutes
There is no online application, no portal to register with, and no form to download. Come by the office, show us your ID, and you are enrolled on the spot.

- Stop by Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm, or Saturday 9am to 12pm.
- Already renting with us? Come in and we will apply it going forward.
- Deployed or on shift and cannot get in? Call us and we will work it out.
One condition, and only one
The person enrolling has to be the person receiving the benefit. We cannot extend Project Guardian to a family member or spouse renting on their own account. It is not red tape, it is just what keeps the program honest for everyone in it.
Deploying or relocating?
Tell us what your timeline looks like. We have handled PCS moves, deployments and sudden transfers before, and we will do what we reasonably can to make the storage side of it one less thing to think about.
