No fee, no deposit, no obligation. We call you the moment your size opens up, and it opens up more often than you would think.
Three Steps
1. Tell us what you need
Fill in the form with the size or sizes that would work, and when you need it by.
2. We confirm you are on it
You get a confirmation so you know the request landed and did not vanish into a form.
3. We call you
As soon as a unit in your size comes back, you get a phone call. Not an automated blast. An actual call.

About the Wait List
Does it cost anything to join?
No. There is no fee and no deposit to join the wait list, and no obligation to take a unit when we call.
How long is the wait?
It depends entirely on the size. Smaller units turn over regularly; our largest units and parking spaces can take longer. We cannot promise a date, but we can tell you honestly how the list looks for your size if you call us.
Can I put down more than one size?
Yes, and we would encourage it. Note the alternatives in the notes box and we will call you when any of them opens up, which usually gets you in sooner.
What happens when a unit becomes available?
We phone you. If we cannot reach you we will try again and follow up by email, but we cannot hold a unit indefinitely while a space is sitting empty, so keep an eye out for our number.
Can I reserve a unit online instead?
Reservations are handled over the phone so we can confirm availability in real time. Call 352-429-4718 and we will check while you wait. The wait list is here for when the size you want is already gone.
