Standard Drive-Up Units

Ground-level units you can park right in front of. Ceiling heights run 8 to 12 feet, so you get more usable space than the floor area suggests.

Indoor units held at a steady temperature and humidity year round, with free pest control and 10ft ceilings. Free moving carts are kept in the two-story building.

Every load packs differently. If you are between two sizes, call us on 352-429-4718. We have walked thousands of people through this and can usually tell you in a minute. And if you outgrow your unit, you can transfer to a different size at any time, free of charge, subject to availability.

What You Pay to Move In

How billing works

Your bill falls on the anniversary of your lease date. Sign up on the 3rd and you are billed on the 3rd of every month after that. There is a five-day grace period; from day six a $15 late fee applies and gate access is suspended until the balance is cleared.

Rent is month to month with no minimum term. Note that we do not prorate rent for a partial final month.

Military & First Responders

We waive the admin fee entirely, and there is more on top: a free month when you prepay six, 10% off parking, and no after-hours fees. Year round, not just on holidays.
