A drive-up unit is exactly what it sounds like: a ground-level space with a roll-up door that opens onto the drive. You park directly in front, lift the door, and load straight in. For anyone moving furniture, appliances or heavy equipment, that difference is worth more than it sounds.

Our drive-up buildings ring the property, and the drives between them are wide enough for a box truck to turn. Ceiling heights run 8 to 12 feet depending on the building, which means you can stack far higher than the floor area suggests.

Drive-Up Unit Pricing

Eight sizes, $50 to $240 a month. Move-in is the first month plus a one-time $30 admin fee that includes your disc lock.

What cannot go in any unit

Food of any kind, or perishable items
Drugs or anything illegal
Water or liquids
Vehicles that are not in working order
Flammable or combustible items such as gas cans, propane, scuba and welding tanks and car batteries

Insurance

Insurance is not required to rent. But under Florida law our facility is not responsible for stored items, so cover is worth considering. See Tenant One coverage.
