Outside Office Hours
Our office is open Monday to Friday 9am–5pm and Saturday 9am–12pm. Outside those hours the manager lives on the property, so there is someone here, and for genuinely non-emergency matters we will still usually help.
- Lock removal if you have lost your key
- Lock cutting
- Account changes
- Being locked in after the 9pm gate closure
There is a $20 fee
After-hours assistance carries a $20 fee, payable when the service is provided. Military and first responders enrolled in Project Guardian are exempt.

Locked in after 9pm?
The gates close at 9:00pm and you will be locked inside if you are still on the property. Call the number above and we will come and let you out.
Emergencies Only
Gate access runs 6:00am to 9:00pm daily. Getting into your unit outside those hours is granted for emergencies only, and the emergency has to be within reason.
Examples that usually qualify
- A death in the family
- Storm preparation
- An urgent work-related matter
What to expect
AAA American Storage Inc. is not required to assist tenants outside of normal office hours, and the manager has the right to decline after-hours service at any time and for any reason.
We say that plainly because it is fairer than pretending otherwise. In practice we help where we reasonably can, but please do not rely on after-hours access as part of your routine.
Planning ahead beats calling late
If you know you will need something from your unit outside gate hours, call the office during the day and we will work it out with you. It is far easier for everyone than a 10pm phone call.
